- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I love first citizen bank however this branch seems to lack integrity. I say this because they have loose policies that managers try to enforce when they have no paperwork backing the policies. Also the service manager tried to tell me that I had not had an addendum on my account stating certain agreements. Mind you this is before she even looked up my account. I just left the bank and looked at the reviews on this bank and what a surprise that the same Jennifer is mentioned in a bad review.
